To date I am now entering the third week, and notwithstanding no closer to existence able to install 365 Office Home Premium, even though I have repeatedly request assistance from MS. The question is, how long does it have before I can use MS Office 365 Domicile Premium on my PC, without receiving a prompt on my screen that informs me that the MS plan has a problem.

i has the same issue like you. i installing an office 2013 thru purchased on U.s. website and it hang on the part that take age to install. so i try many way until i found a quick solution which are:
Repair an Office application

If an Role application isn't working properly, sometimes restarting it will prepare the problem. If that doesn't work, you tin can effort repairing it. When yous're done, yous might need to restart your computer.

- In Windows vii or Vista, clickCommencement >Control Panel.

I feel your pain.
Information technology took me ii and a half hours just to become me signed into my Microsoft Account, then the download page went down for "maintenance". So I tried the adjacent day where it actually let me go to the download part. This took i hour twoscore 5 minutes with near a inch of the download bar to go it decided my net was no longer connected.
Then I am wondering whether or not I will run into Halley'southward comet pass before I get my Microsoft Role 365 to download and exist installed.

mine was being "repaired" remotley by Microsoft, 9 hours subsequently I turned the PC off. Now I've uninstalled information technology, 3 hours afterward and I am now reinstalling it. For the final hour the slider showing progress hasnt moved.

I likewise am experiencing installation problem with Office 365 personal. Over i hour xxx minutes have passed and screen still says- getting things ready. Online conversation assistance blames internet speed. Other downloads exercise not requite problems, so why Office 365??
The download progress too does not get displayed, which is further irritating.

I too am experiencing a download fault, grrr. What happen to the good days when we could insert a cd? This is so frustrating. If I would accept known I was going to have this problem I would non have bought this.
And yes, the download progress makes me more angry because it is not displayed, I had to await for the fault notice.
Very painful :(

I started installing Office Home & Concern 2016 on my new purchased Dell XPS 8900 last night at 7:30 and this morning still non done.
I think information technology was a downgrade product from previous version. Non satisfied at all.
